This event will offer guests a rich blend of cooking, hosting, and food heritage. With a focus on a canapé, main course, sweet treat, and cocktail, we will learn how to create an autumn menu using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. The evening will feature cooking demos by Kelly, hosting tips by Hazel, and tablescaping alongside the history of dining customs from Aoife.
We will draw inspiration from the heritage of both Newbridge House and Whitestown House, to create an evening of hospitality, tasting and chat, steeped in Irish country house traditions.
