Immerse yourself in the rich flavours and warm ambiance of an Irish autumn (transitioning into winter) evening with our exclusive dinner masterclass in the Courtyard Kitchen. Hosted by Whitestown House, we invite guests to discover the art of seasonal cooking, hosting, and the charm of country house dining.
The evening will begin with a welcoming selection of seasonal cocktails and canapés, setting the mood for a memorable experience. Guests will then enjoy a cookery demonstration showcasing autumn-inspired creations, including a selection of canapés, followed by a main course.
We will start with lamb featuring tender Fingal lamb in a sweet potato and orzo stew. To conclude guests will indulge in our unique dessert, ‘Fuisce Báite Finagl’—an affogato made with Boann’s Madeira-aged whiskey.
Following the demonstration, participants will then be guided to the beautifully arranged dining room of Newbridge House, where they’ll learn the secrets of creating an inviting and elegant table.
The evening wraps up with a tasting of the featured dishes and cocktails, accompanied by a Q&A session where guests can gather hosting tips, enjoy conversation, and share in the spirit of hospitality.
